FOOD AND DRINKS
Mongolian food is particular which depends on the country`s harsh climate and old aged nomadic culture. And have specific method to prepare food. Mongolians like dairy products in summer and fall, while in winter and spring meat is preferred. Also, flour and rice is eaten quite a lot with milk and meat in all seasons of the year. The food is mostly cooked on the fire but sometimes steamed or fried. Most Mongolians prefer to eat mutton or beef. And chicken and fish isn’t popular except in urban areas.
Nowadays, there are many ethnic food and restaurants in UB such as Indian, Italian, Chinese, Korean, Japanese and Russian.
